Clinic is No longer performing abortions
2019: We received a report for this clinic, however, it is heavily redacted so we are unable to view the violations. We have uploaded the report below. It is obvious there are violations at this clinic.
2020:
- Facility failed to attempt to contact patient after she missed her follow up for medication abortion. The staff failed to make a reasonable effort to comply with the law and FDA regulations regarding medication abortion.
