Clinic is No longer performing abortions

• Use of unsterile medical instrument and had no sink available to properly clean instruments
• Used contaminated disinfectant for vaginal probes
• There was an unidentified pink/red stain on the floors and walls indicating the patient room had not been terminally cleaned after procedures.
• The sonogram cart was dusty and had an unidentified pink/red substance dried up on it.
• The staff failed to properly sterilize instruments used from woman to woman.
