OIG alleged that PGP submitted claims to Medicaid where the services were
    • provided by advanced registered nurse practitioners (ARNPs) but were billed improperly under a supervisory physician’s name and national provider identifier, and
    • provided by ARNPs who were not properly enrolled or credentialed under the Medicaid program and were billed improperly under a supervisory physician’s name and national provider identifier.
