- In a response from Nebraska Dept of Health, it was stated that DPH inspects 25% of the state’s clinics that perform abortions annually on a random selection.
- The facility failed to report the number of abortions they performed to the state. The manager’s response “I’m a little behind on that.”
- The Nebraska Division of Health (DHHS) reported in 2015 that Planned Parenthood failed to complete and/or submit the required Report of Induced Abortion form to DHHS within 15 days after reporting month for 5 months out of 7 months since January 1, 2015.
