Planned Parenthood – Metro Health Center

Facility did not maintain their building up to fire and safety regulations. Deficiencies cited repeatedly year after year.
Several deficiencies noted including not maintaining exit access, no emergency lighting, not maintaining equipment safely.
Ceiling tiles missing
No smoke detectors
No grab bars in the restrooms by the toilets
No regulators on the hot water on the faucets. Delivering water in excess of 130 degrees posing a risk to patient safety
