Health Violations

• On March 27, 2011, Randall Whitney was arrested for intentionally striking patient A.R. during or following an attempt to prepare her for a procedure. On October 4, 2011, Whitney pleads no contendere to one count of crime misdemeanor battery, in the Orange County Florida Circuit Court. He was sentenced to one day, and court costs and fines. In August 2012, the Department of Health sought the revocation or suspension of Whitney’s medical license;
• Patient CH sued for malpractice after her abortion was incomplete, resulting in her child being born with a disability
• Failed to ensure the handwashing station was equipped with blades.
