Clinic is closed
- Staff failed to provide the patient’s with proper instructions in case of an emergency. The patients were not given the phone number of the nearest hospital to their home to call if an emergency occurred after hours. The facility’s instructions stated “no matter how far away from us you are if a problem occurs be sure to call us immediately”.
