A to Z Women’s Center

We made a public records request to the Nevada Department of Health for inspection reports for the following clinics:

• All Women Care Abortion Center
• A to Z Women’s Center
• Birth Control Care Center
• Desert Inn Women’s Clinic
• Planned Parenthood – Las Vegas West Charleston
• Safe and Sound for Women
• West End Women’s Medical Group

RESPONSE FROM THE STATE HEALTH DEPARTMENT:

Staff found All Women Care on Sahara and their SOD/POC info going back to 2011 is at findahealthfacility.nv.gov.  This is an outpatient facility.

Staff looked for the rest of them and they’re not in our database, so we don’t license them. We don’t license individual medical practices. Birth Control Care Center is new, initial survey was conducted December 6, 2017, so there won’t be older info. Safe and Sound got their first license on Sept. 4, 2014, so staff will see if they have anything for 2015, 2016 or 2017.
