Clinic is Open/Referring/Performing Abortions

  • No clinic policy on checking for expired medication and needles.
  • The physician is responsible for examining the aborted baby after a surgical abortion to ensure that the baby’s whole body was removed during the procedure. The baby is ripped apart during a procedure, so the physician is responsible for ensuring that no parts of the baby are left in the mother’s womb. Reports revealed that physicians never examined babies bodies to ensure no parts of conception were left inside the mother’s uterus.
  • Old gel from a previous examination probe was available for use on a new patient.
  • Staff was observed wearing the same pair of gloves between patients and performing urine pregnancy tests with the same gloves on then performed vital signs with the same gloves on and continued to perform multiple tasks without changing gloves.
  • Patients were not given privacy to discuss their health histories prior to abotion procedues.
